Definitely would not recommend. Check in process took longer than usual. Hotel staff were not courteous and helpful enough, they appeared to lack training in customer service. No one had the initiative to help with our luggages, we had to ask pa. Each time you arrive at the hotel, all your stuff needs to undergo scanning which is fine really but it could have been better if someone was there, readily available to assist in case of heavy and multiple luggages. Apparently you have to load them all by yourself unless they see you as VIPs The rooms lacked the pleasant scent you would usually expect in a hotel. Only the main lobby smelled nice. A lot of dusty corners in the room - the Cr window blinds, table tops, and the carpet. Enough to trigger allergies. Tried to fix myself a cup of coffee only to find the electric heater to be all sticky and dirty, with remnants of spoiled coffee inside the heater itself. How can the housekeeping staff miss that? It clearly shows na hindi na nilinis or check properly after the last occupants checked out. Very disappointing. Even the saucers had coffee marks. Bidet placement was wrong. Pillows were low quality. I hope the management really looks into these comments because apparently the same complaints have been occurring repeatedly over the past if you would try to check other reviews as well. Overall experience was unpleasant considering the price we had to pay for a 2-night stay and this being a 4-star hotel. We expected a lot. There are better hotels in Davao city that offer far better services for a much reasonable price.
